Shipping Policy

Shipping rates varies based on item(s) and destination. Shipping cost are calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to your purchase.  

Shipping Times

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Delivery dates may vary based on item availability and item destination. 

Orders for other items, such as jewelry, typically ship within 1-7 business days; for larger orders an additional 3-5 business days may apply. 

Orders for metal wall art are made custom to you, and due to the level of care and craftsmanship put into each of them, ship within 10-14 days. We do this so we can offer you the highest quality product at the lowest possible price.  

We ship all U.S. orders via major shipping carries such as United States Postal Service, FEDEX, ETC.. First class mail takes an additional 3-5 business days and priority mail takes 1-3 business days.

SWISH STX can fulfill domestic and international orders. Depending on your specific international location, our estimated shipping times can vary (7-14 business days). Please note that all items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock, order time can exceed stated time.

We ship to the "shipping address" that is used when you checkout. Please be sure the address is correct prior to checkout.  The information for your order is immediately sent out to our design and distribution warehouse, to get your order to you as soon as possible. We do not accept cancelation and are unable to change the shipping address of any order placed. Please make any applicable changes to your mailing address before placing the order. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address in your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS. 

During our peak holiday season (November 1-December 23) there is a handling time of up to 2-5 business days added on all orders placed. Tracking numbers will be provided and will update once the package is given to USPS and entered into the mail stream.  For all delivery times, a business day is any day Monday - Friday that is not a government holiday.

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, however, once we ship the items we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered by the estimated delivery date shown.  Mail delivery services are experiencing major shipping delays.  Once we ship your order, we have no control of how long it takes the item to reach you due to these delays, especially during the holiday season.  Thank you for your patience and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Please be advised that Express Mail package may require a signature to be delivered. As a company, is not responsible for goods not delivered on time due to USPS holding a package when delivery is attempted on an order and held at the post office if one is not available.

Internal Taxation

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to sales tax/ import/custom taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on sales/imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with SWISH STX, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. It is unlawful to request that SWISH STX change any information on all or part of your order to avoid these taxes.

*Swish Stx currently pays taxes on all US orders! That's right, the price listed on the item, is the price you will pay + shipping costs (if applicable). 

Order tracking

All Domestic (U.S.) orders will be emailed a tracking number to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can use this tracking number to determine the location and estimated delivery time on your package by visiting the Track & Confirm page. Please note that USPS can take up to 12 hours after the order is shipped to provide accurate tracking information. 

Missing package?  We can help!

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, we will cover re-shipping costs of the goods. Just send us an email with your name and order number. We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.

If you received only part of your order, it may be that an item(s) was shipped separately and is still in transit to you.  Please keep in mind that in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible our apparel and jewelry orders are often shipped separately and no extra cost to you. 

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS, and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you after opening a case, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you in getting your issue resolved.
